Return & Refund Policy
Items purchased from MARY Marketplace can be returned for a full refund within 30 days after you receive your order. Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for refund.
All returned items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging. Returned items that are damaged or used may not be accepted for refund or exchange at the discretion of MARY Marketplace and brand partners.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment, unless otherwise arranged.

How do I return?
- To return an eligible item, please visit our return center or email email@example.com. Please include your Order # and email address used to place the order
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
